Toronto, Atlanta Close Deal Thursday, December 19th , 2019 A trade was announced today at a press conference in Toronto. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Toronto Titans general manager shook things up by acquiring 28-year old LHP Alex Perez from the Atlanta Pilots for 25-year old minor league 3B Matt Boyd. "We're a better team now," Titans general manager Chris Barrett said. "We've added several pieces to the puzzle." In career stats, the 28-year-old Perez has won 32 and lost 17, recording 537 strikeouts and 177 walks in 496 innings with a 4.17 ERA. Opponents have hit .262 against him. |
