Motors Owner, Philip Papier, Invests in Property Just Outside of Town Tuesday, November 19th , 2019 Detroit Motors owner, Philip Papier, found a way to make money, and decided to take it. The owner of the Motors decided to purchase land on the outskirts of the team's hometown of Detroit. Papier is reportedly interested in "developing the property for affordable housing and workspaces." Commercial realtors in the area have gone on record since the deal was announced that both the short-term and long-term health of the ballclub will improve as the land was under-priced and is widely expected to be a bonanza for the owner's bottom line. |
