Detroit's Broers Snaps Up September Batting Award Tuesday, October 1st , 2019 Remie Broers, the Detroit left fielder, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .457 batting average with 37 hits, 3 home runs, 19 RBIs and scored 21 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Professional Baseball Circuit Batter of the Month honors for September. So far this season, Broers has recorded a .338 batting average with 72 hits, 10 home runs, 38 RBIs, 45 runs scored and a .405 OBP. |
