Off-Field Injury Strikes Luis Lopez Sunday, July 22nd , 2018 Luis Lopez, starting pitcher for the Denver Cutthroats, suffered a fractured eye socket while getting in a fight with his father-in-law. Team doctors said the off-field injury could sideline Lopez for about 10 months. This season, Lopez has fanned 55 in 58 innings and collected a 4-2 record with a 5.12 ERA. |
