Players-Only Meeting 'Didn't Work': Peckham Tuesday, October 2nd , 2018 Steve Peckham of the New York City Blues said a recent players-only meeting held by Josh Leavens "didn't work" and may have been more of a distraction than anything. "We know we're not playing good baseball right now, we don't need to hear it from one of the players," he said. "I know Leavens means well, but I think there are probably some guys who are more upset now than they were before we had that meeting." |
