PBC Selects Stewart September's Best Pitcher Monday, October 1st , 2018 The Pitcher of the Month Award has been announced and the Professional Baseball Circuit winner is Tampa Bay hurler, David Stewart. For his fine efforts in September he has been named the league's #1 pitcher. During the month, Stewart excelled with a 2.23 ERA and 5 wins and 1 loss.
