The Detroit Motors picked up a win at Cutter's Cove, taking down the Denver Cutthroats, 10-4. Starting pitcher Ryan Carroll was a big reason why. The victory gives the Motors a record of 13-13.

Detroit used the hitting of Gil Lazo to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the first inning to put the Motors on top, 1-0. For the game, Lazo had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.
