Dave Rafuse was instrumental in his team's 10-5, extra-inning triumph over the Washington Warriors. The pinch hitter was 1-1 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Boston Shamrocks. Ethan Evans picked up the win in relief. Mario Rivera took the loss for Washington. At 2-1, the Shamrocks have played well so far.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Rafuse delivered big-time for Boston, stroking a dramatic grand slam home run off Mario Rivera. The game-changing hit put the Shamrocks on top, 9-5.
