Williams Holds Winnipeg Scoreless Tuesday, August 29th , 2017 Saskatoon Moose starter Kevin Williams really did a number on the Winnipeg Buffaloes, shutting them out, 4-0, on 6 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 8 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Winnipeg manager Josh Wickware. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Williams."
