Southern California Swaps Bernard to Albany for Garcia Sunday, December 17th , 2017 Southern California and Albany made a trade today. In this move, the Empires shipped 24-year old minor league 1B Corey Osborne, 22-year old minor league LHP Gavrie Rajev, and 19-year old minor league RHP Reed Bernard to the Senators for 26-year old LHP Alex Garcia. The Southern California GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players." A check of Garcia's career stats shows he has 5 saves with a 1-4 record and a 6.64 ERA. |
