Lemana Out of a Job; Detroit Looking for Skipper Friday, October 20th , 2017 Kirila Lemana has been released as the Detroit Chargers manager. Chargers officials said it is time to make a change and get the club heading in a different direction. The dismissed skipper was philosophical about his fate. "When things don't go right, the first thing management does is get a new manager," he said. "That seems to be the quickest solution to making things better -- or at least, making them seem better. That's just the way baseball is." |
