PBC's Top Pitcher is Haley Thursday, November 9th , 2017 The El Paso Diablos have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Kyle Haley, this year's Professional Baseball Circuit Pitcher of the Year Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Haley compiled a 20-1 record in 22 starts, tallied 118 strikeouts in 155.1 innings and recorded a 2.14 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .227 batting average against him. He received 16 first place votes out of a possible 18. Kevin Keeth of the San Francisco Peanuts finished second in voting, while Ryan Williams of the St. Louis Lions finished third.
