Professional Baseball Circuit Names Top Skipper Wednesday, November 8th , 2017 Joe Peters, skipper of the El Paso Diablos, was voted 2017 Professional Baseball Circuit Manager of the Year and accepted the award earlier today. He guided El Paso to first place in the PBC West Division with a 63-25 record. "I'm very happy about this," he said at the press conference. "But I'm more happy about what my boys did on the field. They battled their butts off for me all year. They should get the credit." |
