LaRocco Injured Trying to Unjam Garage Door Saturday, October 21st , 2017 Chicago first baseman Matt LaRocco will be out of service for approximately 2 weeks after suffering a bruised wrist. The injury occurred as LaRocco was reportedly attempting to unjam his garage door. X-rays showed no signs of breakage, but according to team medical staff, there is a significant bone bruise. When reached for comment, LaRocco simply replied, "It was just a matter of carelessness on my part. I'm going to rest it for now and I should be back in action in a couple of weeks." |
