Chicago Shuts Out Los Angeles, 8-0 Saturday, September 23rd , 2017 It was not a good day at the plate for the Los Angeles Knights. They came up empty when it mattered against Chicago Union right-hander Matt Boatright, who scattered 2 hits across 9 innings and held the Knights scoreless. "We had 2 hits so I know he wasn't completely untouchable, but he was close," Los Angeles manager Steve Finley said later. Boatright chalked up 7 strikeouts and 2 walks in the 8-0 Union win.
