Empires Advance to Circuit Championship Series
The Green Bay Braves were simply overmatched by the Southern California Empires in the Play-in Series.

The end result was a sweep, as Southern California has cruised to the Circuit Championship Series, with the final win coming at Empires Stadium by a score of 8-7.

"We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Eric Lamb, who was named MVP of the Play-in Series. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this."

For the series, Lamb hit .667 with a .714 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Circuit Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Play-in Series finishes.
