The Chicago Union defeated the Miami Sun Sox by the score of 7-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to first baseman Matt LaRocco. LaRocco went 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 3 for the Union on the day. The winner was Victor Morilla in relief. His record improves to 2-1.
