Fans watched the Dallas Texans and the Los Angeles Knights fight to the finish.

The inspired effort of Los Angeles left fielder Jason Fallon was not enough to prevent a loss, 7-6, to the Dallas Texans. Fallon was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. The Texans raised their record to 11-17.

Dallas used a timely hit from Willis Savala to get the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Texans ahead, 7-6. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I'm proud of the boys for pulling through," said Texans manager Jesus Sanchez. "The wins don't come easy for this team, but everyone's got an extra jump in their step after a game like this."
