Aces Get Hard-Earned Win
El Paso catcher Luis Lopez was sensational. He was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Las Vegas beat the Diablos, 7-6. Justin Denton came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 4 innings. His record now stands at 2-0. Las Vegas now has a record of 11-8 with the win.

Jose Pedroso was the walk-off hero for Las Vegas. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Aces catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"What we get, we earn," Pedroso told the Las Vegas Daily News.
