Potomacs organization. 26-year old RHP Bang-xao Chi, 24-year old minor league LHP Gary Hardy, and $4,860 in cash will be traveling to Las Vegas Rollers to complete the swap. In his career, Chi has 11 wins and 9 losses and a 3.59 ERA. |
