Allentown's Fans Crushed After Fleetwings Narrowly Miss Playoffs Tuesday, September 13th , 2016 After the Allentown Fleetwings were mathematically pushed out of a playoff spot today, angry fans of the team bashed the team on social media. "The team's GM put together all of the pieces needed and we had a great team but management simply blew it," said one local. "The Allentown Fleetwings said they would turn the franchise around - I guess they meant 360 degrees," Tweeted one fan. "Allentown needs to go back to school and study their chemistry - they obviously don't have any," blasted another fan. The Allentown Fleetwings are expected to again have a very competitive squad in next year's Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit playoff race. |
