D.C. second baseman Jesus Estremera had a big day at Chargers Field against the Detroit Chargers. The 24-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-5 and led to the 10-7 Potomacs triumph over Detroit.

"Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Estremera said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all."

Jesus Estremera singled in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
