Empires Swap Sehl to Eagles for Frost Thursday, November 5th , 2015 Southern California and Newark have agreed to a trade today. 30-year old 1B Paul Sehl will go to the Eagles. In exchange the Empires will receive 37-year old RHP John Frost and 24-year old minor league C Christos Caldwell. Frost has a lifetime ERA of 3.56 with a record of 68 wins and 72 losses. |
