St. Louis Won't Make Playoffs Monday, September 28th , 2015 At times during the season, it seemed like the St. Louis Lions might put together a promising campaign, but it was not to be. Today, the St. Louis Lions are left waiting for next year after being mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Before this season, the Lions had made the playoffs 2 times in a row. In the 16 years they have been a Professional Baseball Circuit franchise, they have missed the playoffs 9 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Lions have missed the playoffs 4 times. |
