Postseason Bid Ends for Detroit Monday, September 21st , 2015 Fans in Detroit may been holding onto a glimmer of hope, but that has now been officially snuffed out -- the Motors were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. "It's a tough day for everyone in the Detroit Motors organization," owner Philip Papier told reporters. "We will just have to come back stronger." Detroit hasn't yet made it to the postseason. They haven't made the playoffs in all 10 years of their history. |
