San Francisco, Boston Make Trade Saturday, November 28th , 2015 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the San Francisco Peanuts and the Boston Shamrocks have agreed to a deal that will have 26-year old RHP Abebaw Kiara, 19-year old minor league 3B Jonathan Amaya, 17-year old minor league RHP Oscar Barredo, and 18-year old minor league C René Monnier heading to Boston in exchange for 26-year old LHP Cortez Crus. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Kiara has gone 29-14 with an ERA of 3.82 in his career, piling up 320 strikeouts in 395.2 innings pitched. On his lifetime ledger sheet, the 26-year-old Crus has won 10 and lost 5 with a 2.50 ERA. |
