Las Vegas Wins Cup Qualifier Friday, October 16th , 2015 The Las Vegas Aces didn't hold back their excitement after beating the Atlanta Pilots in the Cup Qualifier tonight. Members of the team rushed onto the field and celebrated joyously when the victory became official, with a 11-2 win moving the club on to the Pro Circuit Cup, clinching a 4-2 series win in front of the The Hangar crowd. "This isn't the big one, but of course we need to get through this before we can win a Pro Circuit Cup, so it's an important step," said Andres Hernandez as he took a break from celebrating. "Our guys are happy and excited to be moving on." Hernandez was named series MVP, as he hit .400 with a .423 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 4 runs. On the other side of the diamond, there was desolation. Many members of the Pilots sat stone-faced in their dugouts, simply watching Las Vegas celebrate.
