Simpkins Blasts Keystones, Aces Take Game 3, 7-5
The Las Vegas Aces moved to within one game of the Cup Qualifier, downing the Philadelphia Keystones on the road at Keystones Stadium by a score of 7-5. Aces designated hitter Darryl Simpkins went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The win gives the Aces a 2-1 advantage in the best-of-5 Play-in Series.

Simpkins contributed in the top of the second. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Las Vegas get the win.

"I believe in our guys," said Las Vegas skipper Casey Lyman. "I like the energy they're playing with."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Keystones Stadium in Philadelphia.
