Hughes Helps Lions Win, 10-0, with Pair of Homers
In the 10-0 St. Louis win over Boston, the impact of Justin Hughes was substantial. Hughes went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk, while adding 7 RBI and scoring twice. Paul Easterling got credit for the win, improving to 4-5. He allowed no runs on 4 hits in 7.1 innings. St. Louis has now won 3 straight, while the Shamrocks have lost 3 in a row.
