The Tampa Bay Thunder faced a tough opponent in Boston pitcher Cortez Crus, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Thunder Bowl by a final score of 3-2. Crus went 7 innings and allowed 1 run. After today's action, Tampa Bay sits at 32-33, while Boston falls to 33-32.

Bubba Marino delivered a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 11th to win it for the Thunder. For the game, Marino was 1-4 with a double.
