Adam Muhammad, who is tied for 3rd in the PBC in wins with 9, played a key role in a gritty 2-1 Las Vegas Aces win against the San Francisco Peanuts. Muhammad got the win, improving to 9-1. He gave up 5 hits and walked 0 over 7.2 innings. He allowed 1 run. The Aces move to 34-26 with the win, while the Peanuts drop to 34-26.
Marco Llamas was 2 for 2 with 2 singles and a walk for Las Vegas. The 24-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Dan Costello. It was his 43rd RBI of the season.
