Eric Parchman handcuffed the Allentown Fleetwings at Capitals Stadium, coming away with a 3-hit, complete game shutout.

"I had everything working for me out there," the Ottawa Capitals right-hander said later. "I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted."

With his stuff working, Parchman had little trouble with the Fleetwings and led the Capitals to victory, 5-0. He recorded 10 strikeouts and 2 walks in an impressive performance.
