Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the New York City Blues and Miami Sun Sox.

Led by Mike Russo, the New York City Blues defeated the Miami Sun Sox, 10-5. Russo went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3 for the Blues. With the win, the Blues hiked their record to 22-12.

New York City used the timely hitting of Sebastian Becton to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Blues on top, 7-5. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I still think this team can play even better," Russo told the New York City Observer.
