Edmonton Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Tuesday, September 20th , 2011 This won't be the year the Edmonton Drillers raise a championship banner. The club was today eliminated from the playoff race. Edmonton last appeared in the postseason in 2006. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 8 times in their 10-year history. |
