No Playoff Berth Coming for Allentown Tuesday, September 20th , 2011 Whether or not the Allentown Fleetwings would have been dangerous in the playoffs is now irrelevant. The team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. The Fleetwings have missed the playoffs 8 times in their 10 years as a Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 4th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2007. |
