Hamilton Befuddled by Mercado in 8-0 Loss Saturday, September 10th , 2011 Ricardo Mercado of the Green Bay Braves shut down the Hamilton Tigers, 8-0, on 2 hits, while ringing up 6 strikeouts and allowing 2 walks. After the game Mercado said, "Guys have been fouling off a lot of pitches lately and I've been getting into too many deep pitch counts, but I'm pleased with the way things went today.
