Bruins Drader Dominates Buffaloes Monday, August 29th , 2011 It wasn't easy but Jon Drader made it look that way. Drader silenced the Winnipeg Buffaloes, 9-0, in a Vancouver Bruins triumph at Bruins Stadium. Despite the appearance of dominance, Drader said that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 2 walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else." In 13 starts this season, Drader has registered a 5-5 record and a 3.35 ERA. View Boxscore |
