Capitals Garcia Dominates Fleetwings
The Allentown Fleetwings manager was philosophical in the clubhouse following a shutout loss to the Ottawa Capitals. The Fleetwings were overpowered by Ottawa starter Jose Garcia, who hurled his club to victory, 8-0.

"It was just one of those games -- shake it off and do better next time," Ryan Carlson said.

Over 9 innings, Garcia blanked Allentown on 2 hits with 4 walks and 10 strikeouts.

"I kept them off balance. I could tell a lot of them were late on fastballs because they were fouling them off. Once you see that, it sets them up for other pitches," Garcia said.

"I set them up, where if they chased one breaking ball, they were going to chase another one."

Garcia has fashioned a 2-4 mark for the season, 5.28 ERA and thrown 46 innings in 7 starts. Opposing clubs are batting .211 against him.
