Top R Pitcher Announced Saturday, October 24th , 2009 Bryce Brace is the latest PBC Rookie Complex League Pitcher of the Year Award winner. The Tampa Bay (R) starter really shone on the hill time and again and finished 2009 with a sparkling 7-3 record. In 22 starts, he fanned 156, walked 59 in 113.2 innings and posted a 2.45 ERA. Brace held opposing hitters to a .188 batting average. He received 16 first place votes, as a unanimous winner.
