Best R Reliever Named Wednesday, October 21st , 2009 His manager and teammates call Jack Bayley a true bullpen ace. The PBC Rookie Complex League calls him the winner of the Reliever of the Year Award for 2009. The Atlanta (R) Pilots relief specialist out of Warner Robins, Georgia, won the award with 5 saves in 27 relief appearances, 119 strikeouts in 76 innings and 4 walks. He compiled a record of 10 wins and no losses and had a 0.83 ERA. He received 16 first place votes, as a unanimous winner.
