Braves Won't Get Playoff Berth Saturday, September 27th , 2008 Green Bay Braves manager Joe Sanchez said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for a spot in the postseason. Green Bay hasn't yet made it to the postseason. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 4 seasons in the SPBC. |
