Keown Smacks 5 Hits for Senators Tuesday, September 23rd , 2008 Danny Keown was at the head of a Albany hit parade at Senators Field. The right fielder went to the plate 5 times and came away with 5 hits, sparking the Senators to a nice 14-10 victory over the Detroit Chargers. "I told the guys in the dugout, just be thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging Keown told reporters after the game. "Seems like it worked out well for us today." Chargers skipper Carlos Ventura said later that the club gave up "too much plate." "Not the way we planned it," he said. "Every hitter in the league will rip you when you do that." Danny Keown singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Tyler Scott in the 6th and hit a two-run single in the 7th.
