Drillers Won't Get Playoff Berth Monday, September 15th , 2008 The Edmonton Drillers have run out of games to perform any sort of late-season miracle. As of today, they were mathematically out of playoff contention. This is the 2nd time in a row that the Drillers have missed the playoffs.Their last payoff appearance was in 2006. |
