Fleetwings-Steelheads Trade: Falco for van den Eijkel Thursday, November 20th , 2008 There were plenty of hugs and handshakes all around as 30-year old LF Adam Falco, 24-year old LHP Sam Kenney, 24-year old RHP Eddie Chile, and 23-year old 2B Blake Floyd left the Allentown Fleetwings today en route to joining the Vacaville Steelheads organization. 30-year old C Eric Larremore and 19-year old minor league LF Pascal van den Eijkel will be traveling to Allentown Fleetwings to complete the swap. In his career, Falco has compiled a .244 batting average and collected 153 hits, 11 home runs and 55 RBIs. |
