Araujo and de Haas Swapped Thursday, November 20th , 2008 The Vancouver Bruins have released a statement confirming the trade of 26-year old RHP Jorge Araujo to the Vacaville Steelheads for 24-year old minor league 1B Riccardo de Haas. The deal was finalized today. In his lifetime, the 26-year-old Araujo has won 11 and lost 6, piling up 135 strikeouts and 68 walks in 159 innings with a 3.57 ERA. Opponents have hit .220 against him. |
