In a crucial game, the Ottawa Capitals put on their best show, beating the Las Vegas Rollers by a final score of 6-5. Alex Benitez was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Ottawa and Las Vegas are now tied at 3 wins apiece in the best-of-7 affair.

Rick Earp had a clutch at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for the Capitals. Coming up with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Ottawa trailing 5-4, he hit a 2-run double.
