Rentz, Las Vegas Open SCS Strong with 8-4 Win
The Las Vegas Rollers started the SPBC Classic Series in style, downing the visiting Winnipeg Buffaloes at Vegas Stadium by a score of 8-4 to grab an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Rollers first baseman Zach Rentz belted 3 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring three times.

With two out in the bottom of the fifth, Reggie Jackson barreled up a changeup from Pete Burrow. The result was a solo home run, putting the Rollers in front, 6-4.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Rentz said. "We did a good job of that today."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Vegas Stadium in Las Vegas.
