Streaking Steelheads Win Another One, 6-4
|
The 6-4 Vacaville win over Sherbrooke was due in large part to Emanuel Bilyeu. The Steelheads center fielder was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Vacaville has now reeled off 6 straight wins.
Chris Pennington contributed to the Vacaville win with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
