Caracals Earn 4-3 Win Against Aztecas
|
The 4-3 Calgary win over Mexico City was due largely to Marc Pruitt. The Caracals left fielder went 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Calgary reliever Trevor Busenbark was the winner. His record is now 3-2. Ronnie Jacobs took the loss. The win has Calgary at 26-40.
David Lewis had a direct impact on the outcome. Lewis contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the tenth inning to put Calgary up, 4-3.
