Braves Get Past Vancouver, 3-2

The Green Bay Braves, with some walk-off drama, delighted their fans at Braves Ballpark.
The Green Bay Braves had to overcome a good performance from Vancouver pitcher Mike Brown to claim a 3-2 win at Braves Ballpark. Brown went 8.2 innings and allowed 3 runs. Chris LaBriola, who led the SPBC in saves with 17 in 2006, was the winner in relief. His record is now 4-1. The losing pitcher was Mike Brown.
The decisive blow was delivered by Tim Ducksworth in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 36-year old right-handed pitcher Mike Brown to win the game for Green Bay. The home crowd went nuts.
"I just tried to put the barrel on it," said Ducksworth.
Green Bay is now 34-28, Vancouver 30-32.
